"Helpful support and a solid experience overall"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service by email. They replied quickly and handled it professionally without making it complicated, which made me feel like I could trust them to take care of it. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that I wish the tracking updates had been a bit clearer. Overall, I had a good experience and would feel comfortable ordering again.

"Great wine prices"
I looked up a few bottles I usually buy and was happy to see they were cheaper here than what I normally pay. Shipping was reasonable too, which made the whole order feel worth it. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d definitely order from them again.

I don’t remember every little detail, but the main thing is the bottles showed up safe. The box had some scuffs on it, I think, but nothing was broken or leaking, so I was happy with it overall.

"Refund went smoothly"
I had to request a refund for an order, and I was kind of expecting it to turn into one of those annoying customer service situations.
Their support team got back to me fairly quickly, at least quicker than I thought they would, and they explained what was happening. The refund showed up a few days later, and there wasn’t any weird back-and-forth or extra hassle.
I guess issues can happen with online orders, but from my experience, they handled it fairly. I’d probably order from Wine Library again

"Checkout Was a Breeze, But the Search Took Its Sweet Time"
I’ll give credit where it’s due: checking out was super easy and kind of painless, which felt like a small victory. But then came the search and filters, and that’s where the drama began. Things loaded slower than I expected, and the filters could definitely be more helpful. Not a disaster, but there were definitely a few moments where I was just sitting there waiting like it was the final scene of a movie.

"Bottles arrived basically perfect"
I ordered a few bottles from Wine Library and, i was fully expecting at least one little shipping issue because that’s just how deliveries go. But nope, these bottles showed up in seriously great shape. The packing was completely solid, the bottles were clean, and there were absolutely no leaks, sticky labels, or dented caps anywhere.
Even the older bottle looked way better than I thought it would, like shockingly good. The outside of the box had a bit of normal shipping wear, but the inside was 100% fine, no question. I’d definitely order again.

"Really great selection and super easy to browse"
I really like shopping on Wine Library. They have so many different wines, not just the same bottles you see at every store. It’s super easy to browse by price or type, and I pretty much always find something new that looks fun to try. That’s definitely my favorite part.

I ordered a few bottles from winelibrary.com, the tracking was easy to keep up with. I got the shipping email quickly, and I didn't have to keep guessing where my box was or when it might show up.

The delivery did arrive on the day they said it would, though it came kinda late in the day. Everything was packed well and nothing was broken, so I'm giving it 4 stars. The tracking was solid, but I would've liked a clearer delivery window.

"Loved the picks, just wish shipping was faster"
I was really happy with the expert picks—they made choosing so much easier and gave me a lot more confidence. The only downside was that the delivery took a little longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating because I was excited to get everything. Overall though, I’m glad I ordered.

I’ve ordered a few bottles from Wine Library now, the quality has been really good. Nothing tasted stale or flat, and a couple of the reds were literally better than I expected for the price.
Shipping was totally fine too, but the main thing for me is that the wine showed up tasting fresh and ready to enjoy. I’d definitely order again.
